Your Exercise for Today:

Examine the other areas of your life. Are you taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally? Pause here and reflect. Are there other areas of your life that you are neglecting that are causing networking fatigue?

Do you need to make adjustments in your relationships? Are some of the people around you bringing you down? Do you need to remove an item or two from your “to-do” list?

Finally, treat yourself to a communication blackout. And don’t just do this today. Schedule regular communication blackouts to ensure you are creating harmony in all areas of your life. The world will still be there when you return.
