Your Exercise for Today:
Take this time to paint a picture of your ideal networking experience.
Remember, networking occurs in every day life. Don’t limit yourself to networking events or the traditional definitions you’ve been taught. It’s time to be real, authentic, and establish relationships with people you actually like.
Redefining networking to be about the experience you want instead of the past experiences you’ve been conditioned to belief will reframe your mindset about future networking opportunities and experiences.
Don’t concern yourself with what networking “should be,” instead make networking what you want it to be. Then work hard and practice daily to make it turn your networking vision into a reality.
